These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pepcite (the “Site”). Please read them carefully, especially the sections on research use, dosage information, assumption of risk, and limitation of liability.

1.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site. We may update these Terms as described in Section 15; your continued use after an update means you accept the current version.

2.Educational and research purpose

Pepcite is an educational reference. All content — including compound references, regulatory records, reconstitution and measurement information, calculators, dosage and protocol information, guides, and articles — is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only. It reflects publicly available literature and reference information and is not tailored to any individual or situation.

3.No medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, pharmacological, or other professional advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Using the Site does not create a provider-patient or professional-client relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any question about a medical condition or any substance, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.

4.Educational reference, not a directive

The Site is an educational reference. It provides general information about compounds — including those that are FDA-approved, available through 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies with a prescription, or investigational — and approval and regulatory status varies by compound. The information is general and is not a directive, prescription, or a substitute for the judgment of your prescriber or pharmacist.

5.Dosage and protocol information

Some pages present dosage figures, protocol information, reconstitution math, and calculator outputs. You acknowledge and agree that this information:

  • reflects amounts reported in published research, or is generated arithmetically from values you enter, and is presented as reference information — not as a recommendation, prescription, or instruction to administer anything;
  • is not individualized and does not account for any person’s health, history, or circumstances;
  • may be incomplete, may contain errors, and may not reflect the most current research or regulatory status;
  • must not be relied upon to make decisions about obtaining, handling, or using any substance.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use this information. Any calculators are tools that perform arithmetic on the inputs you provide; their outputs are only as accurate as those inputs and are not verified or validated for any particular use.

6.Assumption of risk

You understand that peptides and research chemicals can carry serious, unknown, or unpredictable risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your access to and use of the Site and any information, tool, or link on it. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into these Terms, to use the Site. The Site is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8.Your responsibility for legal compliance

Laws governing peptides and research chemicals vary by country, state, and locality and change over time. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all laws that apply to you, including any relating to purchase, import, possession, handling, and use. Nothing on the Site is an assurance that any compound is legal for you to obtain or use, and the regulatory information we publish is reference material, not legal advice.

9.No warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content is error-free or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepcite and its operators, owners, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss or harm — including personal injury or death — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content, calculator, or tool on it, whether based in warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepcite and its operators, owners, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12.Intellectual property

The Site’s original content, design, and compilation are owned by Pepcite or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial reference with attribution, but you may not copy, republish, distribute, or exploit it commercially without our permission. Cited third-party material remains the property of its respective owners.

13.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law; to represent our content as medical advice or as approval to obtain or use any substance; to scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; or to introduce malicious code. We may suspend or restrict access for any misuse.

14.Third-party links and vendors

The Site may link to third-party websites, sources, or suppliers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, practices, or accuracy, and a link is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and them, at your own risk.

15.Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16.Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kansas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
